In this role, you will report to the Director of Care and be responsible for delivering exceptional resident care and maintaining health records. Your skills in communication, critical thinking, and care coordination will shine as you work closely with both residents and the nursing team to ensure compliant and efficient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct resident care and manage medication administration
• Conduct care assessments and maintain accurate service documentation
• Communicate resident changes to the Director of Care




• Supervise Unregulated Care Providers in medication administration
• Facilitate resident education and care planning sessions

Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse registration in applicable Province
• Experience with seniors and care coordination
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Proven clinical knowledge in gerontology or rehabilitation
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check required
