Classic Fire + Life Safety is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to own the invoicing process for our Service Operations cycle. You will collaborate with Service Coordinators, Service Sales Executives, and the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely invoices.
Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of administrative experience, robust attention to detail, and comfort with enterprise systems. This role supports back-end service operations and front-desk coverage as needed.
