Are you passionate about building relationships and driving sales in the dynamic world of transportation? We’re seeking a proactive Account Executive, Trucking/Transportation to join a growing team.

This role combines client service and new business development, offering a chance to work with a diverse portfolio—from small owner-operators to large fleets and national accounts. You’ll be responsible for managing existing accounts, providing tailored quotes, and cultivating strong client relationships, all while expanding your book of business.

Compensation
Salary of $90,000 to $110,000 depending on experience + commission

Responsibilities

Prospect for new clients via referrals, networking, and industry events

Renew existing accounts and provide tailored insurance solutions

Engage with existing clients through calls, emails, and personal visits to strengthen loyalty

Manage client claims and ensure excellent customer service





Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to support large fleet accounts

Maintain comprehensive, accurate client records and ensure proper billing procedures

Qualifications

RIBO License

5-10 years’ commercial insurance sales and service experience

Exposure to Trucking/Transportation risks

Proven experience in driving sales and maintaining strong client relationships

Applied EPIC experience is preferred

Strong time management and organization skills
