Dilawri Group is now actively searching for aNew CarSales Managerto join the team at Frost GM.
Pay Rate: $100,000-$150,000/Year
Responsibilities:

Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of theDealership Sales Department

Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentagerating at all times

Work with the Service Manager to ensure quickpreparation of new vehicles for delivery

Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan,modify and review all current issues and programs





Keep updated on all manufacturer and financialinstitutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that allstaff understand factory programs

Promote ongoing training, including daily andweekly sales team meetings

Ensure that all required provincial licensing andregulatory requirements are followed

Qualifications:

Strong leadership abilities

Effective negotiation skills, with the ability tomake sound decisions

Experience in auto sales preferred

Two (2) years of management experience

Valid OMVIC License preferred
