Take on a pivotal role as a Millwright Lead Hand with BW Gold at the Blackwater Mine. This position emphasizes safety leadership, maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting on a two weeks on-two weeks off schedule.

In this position, you'll report directly to the Fixed Plant Supervisor, driving the success of maintenance operations. Your role requires effective safety enforcement and the ability to manage preventative maintenance tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement BW Gold's safety standards and systems
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to meet production targets
• Plan weekly and annual maintenance activities




• Ensure cost-effective preventative maintenance
• Contribute to the development of maintenance practices

Requirements:
• Valid Interprovincial Millwright Trade Certification
• At least 2 years of Lead Hand experience in mining
• Willingness to work in a remote location camp
• Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
