Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aquatic program operations ensuring efficiency

Requirements:
• High School Diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• 3-5 years in aquatic programming across age groups
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in aquatics or recreation
• Current Lifeguard and Swim Instructor certifications
