Key Responsibilities:
• Support contract administration and budget validation
• Maintain monthly project cost reports and track change orders
• Process sub-trade draws and validate request extras




• Coordinate approvals for shop drawings and site instructions
• Schedule and attend project meetings, distributing minutes

Requirements:
• Construction degree or diploma from an accredited institution
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Valid Class G driver's license for site travel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
