Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary HR contact for leaders and associates
• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for the facility
• Conduct workplace investigations and support employee engagement
• Act as onsite Tier 1 Health & Safety resource
• Coordinate onboarding and training programs for current hires

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of Ontario employment and health & safety legislation
• Experience in employee relations and recruitment
• CHRP designation considered an asset
