We are seeking an Associate to join our Process Development team at Aspect Biosystems. You will be crucial in handling cell line production, conducting viability assays, and optimizing processes within an innovative environment. Collaboration with R&D; and regulatory teams is a significant aspect of this role, ensuring our approach meets compliance standards while enhancing therapeutic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Independently produce diverse cell types for R&D;
• Complete all stages of cell culture operations




• Analyze functional assays for cell characterization
• Optimize and document processing techniques
• Collaborate with teams on bioprocessing methods

Requirements:
• BSc or MSc in relevant fields with 2+ years experience
• Expertise in aseptic mammalian cell culture
• Results-driven and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication across diverse teams
• Familiarity with stem cell-derived insulin-producing cells is advantageous
