Reporting to the CFO, this full-time role is pivotal in shaping RLG's IT strategy and governance. You will be responsible for directing infrastructure design, overseeing cloud migration, and managing security policies, all while coordinating a managed service provider for infrastructure needs. Your proactive approach will bring much-needed order to a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own infrastructure and identity architecture decisions
• Drive cloud migration and technical strategy development
• Establish security governance and incident management




• Handle IT vendor relations and budget oversight
• Administer Microsoft 365 and SharePoint governance tools

Requirements:
• 7+ years in IT leadership roles
• 2+ years overseeing vendors and budgets
• Proficient in virtualization and network technologies
• Experience with hybrid identity solutions
• Insight into AI governance practices
