Parks Canada is looking for dedicated Heritage Presenters to deliver interpretive presentations and guided tours in Newfoundland and Labrador. This full time position involves providing quality visitor services and maintaining facilities.

As a Heritage Presenter, you will engage with the public through storytelling and interactive programs. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Your main tasks will include conducting hikes, recording visitor statistics, and responding to public inquiries both in person and digitally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver interpretive presentations and guided hikes
• Provide visitor information and support
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and facilities




• Operate point-of-sale systems for revenue collection
• Record visitor statistics efficiently

Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or approved equivalent
• Experience in public communication or volunteer work
• Knowledge of interpretive techniques like storytelling
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License for Newfoundland and Labrador
• Experience in performing arts or heritage education
