As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll deliver excellent service in a fast-paced front-desk environment during peak student seasons and summer months. Key responsibilities include tracking student information and helping to manage room assignments while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. You'll also assist with administrative tasks and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer courteous, year-round customer service to students
• Manage inventory of signed-out items and keys




• Process transactions for hotel guests and summer programs
• Assist in data entry, filing, and mail sorting
• Support Residence Life Staff with events and logistics

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 and basic computer skills
• Customer service orientated with confidentiality maintenance
• Solid problem-solving skills in diverse settings
• Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy at all times
• Experience with MS Office and database programs
