Join ALS as a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician dedicated to keeping our facilities in top shape. Bring your mechanical knowledge and organizational skills to enhance our operations.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role supports day-to-day building maintenance and minor repairs. Responsibilities include managing equipment upkeep, coordinating with contractors for specialized tasks, and maintaining safety and operational standards. You will ensure the facility remains functional and compliant with safety protocols while working independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily maintenance for the facility’s equipment and grounds
• Execute repairs in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance




• Manage materials procurement and supply orders
• Maintain safety documentation and repair logs
• Operate forklifts as needed for moving supplies

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and mechanical repairs
• Class 5 driver’s license required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Robust troubleshooting and communication skills
