As a CAD/GIS Technician, you will contribute to various environment-focused projects across Canada. This position combines drafting with GIS data management, ensuring high-quality deliverables. You’ll be essential in supporting environmental restoration and developing digital terrain models.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engineering drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D and ESRI ArcGIS
• Process survey datasets and create digital terrain models
• Prepare complete engineering plan sets, including profiles
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on projects
• Maintain and manage environmental databases and datasets
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in CAD, GIS, or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD and ESRI ArcGIS software
• Experience with survey data processing and DTM development
• 4+ years of experience in a related role
• Robust communication and attention to detail
