Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is a trusted advisor to executive leadership and Business Unit General Managers, shaping people strategy and culture across a dynamic, multi‑company organization.This is a hands‑on leadership role for an HR skilled who thrives in a fast‑paced, operational environment and is passionate about building strong teams, scalable HR practices, and a positive workplace culture.Reporting StructureReports to:Chief Executive OfficerIndirect Reporting Line:Business Unit General ManagersDirect Reports:HR GeneralistPurpose of the RoleThe Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing, leading, and executing the HR strategy for the Carlson Group of companies. The role ensures the attraction, retention, and engagement of top talent while supporting sustainable business growth, strong leadership capability, and a values‑driven culture.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Partner with executive leadership and business unit leaders to provide strategic HR guidance across workforce planning,
