Voyago, Transdev Ontario, is hiring a Driver Trainer for an existing opening based in our Gormley office, supporting operations across the expanded GTA regions.About the RoleFull‑Time Driver TrainerHourly Rate:$25.50Primary ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Operations Manager, the Driver Trainer is responsible for training and teaching employees how to drive all company‑owned vehicles safely and professionally. The role also includes providing a high degree of customer service in a fast‑paced work setting.Driving a school route as required.Completion of driving assessments.Instruction of Voyago divisional training as required.Licence upgrade training (E and B class).Outside instructional training programs as required by the training school division manager.RequirementsB or E licence held for a minimum of 3 years.P.R.I.D.E. certified as an asset.Excellent proven customer service experience.In‑depth knowledge of Southwestern Ontario.Good organization and communication skills.Availability to work flexible hours.Knowledge of wheelchair tie‑downs and Q‑strain.Possess a clean driver’s abstract.Preferred:
