We are looking for a motivated, creative, and reliable Photographer / Videographer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, has a strong eye for detail, and wants to grow within a modern media company. You’ll be responsible for capturing real estate photo, video, and floor plan content while helping maintain the high-quality brand presence Essential Media is known for. Responsibilities

Capture professional real estate photography and video content Operate cameras, gimbals, drones, and related equipment Shoot interior, exterior, and aerial content for residential properties Maintain consistent shooting quality and branding standards Organize and upload files efficiently after shoots Communicate professionally with Realtors and homeowners on-site Work independently while managing schedules and timelines Requirements





Some experience with photography and videography Comfortable using Canon/Sony cameras or similar systems Experience flying drones is an asset (Basic or Advanced Transport Canada license preferred but not required) Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and camera settings Must hold a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with reliable transportation Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection Must have access to a capable computer/laptop for file management and workflow tasks Ability to work flexible hours and travel locally Strong communication and time-management skills Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Real estate media experience Video editing experience (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve) Lightroom or Photoshop experience Social media content creation Ability to read and understand residential floor plans and layouts Matterport or 3D tour experience What We Offer
