We're looking for experienced Drillers and Rig Managers to lead our HDD crews in the field. These are senior roles for people who've put in the years, know how to run a safe and efficient operation, and can get the best out of their crew. What You'll Do Lead, train, and direct the drilling crew Run safe, efficient HDD operations from mobilization through tear-down Monitor drilling and equipment performance to keep the operation on target Own safety on site — from hazard planning to emergency response Take responsibility for your crew's performance and the outcomes on your rig What We're Looking For 3–5 years of hands‑on experience on a horizontal directional drilling rig (40K–220K rigs, Vermeer preferred)
