This role, supported by the Experiential Learning department, seeks to improve co-op student placement rates through proactive employer engagement. We are looking for a seasoned skilled with a background in employer development and sales to foster relationships and ensure a smooth registration to employment process with new employers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Seek new employment opportunities for co-op students
• Support retention and transition of new employers
• Accurately document and report interactions
• Represent Co-operative Education at external events




• Enhance business development approaches and processes
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree and experience in employer development
• Proven sales skills and relationship management
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
