Bird Construction seeks a Senior Proposal Coordinator in Richmond, BC to lead coordination and delivery of strategic proposals. You will work with Business Development, Preconstruction, Estimating, and Operations to craft compliant, compelling submissions.

The role requires 5-7 years in proposal coordination, solid writing, and proficiency with InDesign and MS Office. You will mentor junior staff and manage high-value pursuits with minimal supervision.
