In this pivotal role, you will report to the Global Service Coordinator and work closely with technicians, sales teams, and customers. Your focus will be on managing field service orders, warranty claims, and cross-functional activities that ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Process field service orders and customer follow-up calls
• Schedule field site visits with internal technicians




• Manage warranty claims and returns efficiently
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams
• Communicate findings and recommendations to end users
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in a customer service workplace
• Strong PC skills, particularly in Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Bilingual proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus
