Operational Excellence Manager – Debt Collection Operations

We are looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to support a large UK energy retailer. Working as part of a front-line debt collection environment, you will help operational teams improve their performance by applying practical Operational Excellence methods and techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Support performance improvement initiatives within front-line debt collection operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and ways of working.
• Apply Operational Excellence techniques to address performance challenges.
• Work with operational teams and relevant stakeholders to define and implement improvements.
• Help translate improvement opportunities into practical actions.
• Support the review of results and the continuous improvement of operational performance.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in Operational Excellence and operational performance improvement.
• Practical experience applying Operational Excellence techniques within operational teams.
• Ability to work effectively with front-line teams and business stakeholders.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Professional command of English.
• Location: Windsor, UK
• On-site presence: approximately every couple of weeks
• Start: as soon as possible
• Initial duration: approximately 6 months
• Candidate location: UK-based candidates are preferred; candidates based elsewhere in Europe may also be considered where regular travel to Windsor is feasible
