Who Are We Looking For As Lead Contract Administrator, you provideoversight during the construction phase, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from design intent through completion. Working collaboratively with the Project Manager and project team, you align in office execution with studio standards, clientobjectives,



and contractual requirements. You engage early and throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to reviews that enhance constructability, quality, and efficiency. You navigate complex project dynamics with a proactive and solution-oriented approach,maintainingclear communication between the site and studio to uphold project integrity and exceed client expectations.
