Versaterm seeks a Manager, Renewals to lead the renewals function, shaping strategy and driving end-to-end renewal lifecycle performance. You will develop the Renewals team and ensure on-time contract renewals with accurate terms, while proactively managing renewal risk to protect recurring revenue. In collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Finance, you will coordinate renewal motions, scale processes, and align activities to retention and net revenue retention goals.
