Executive Chef reports into this role. Currently overseeing a major restaurant renovation/repositioning and lounge relaunch, alongside a robust banquet and events business. Key Deliverables Own P&L and drive profitability across restaurants, lounge, and banquets Lead the restaurant repositioning/reopening and lounge relaunch,
