As the Shop Helper, you will work closely with Technicians and Supervisors to streamline workflows and maintain cleanliness across the shop area. Your responsibilities will consist of managing tools, validating component lists, and assisting in contamination control efforts. This role demands a proactive approach to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining a clean shop environment
• Support tool calibration and management
• Track equipment readiness and cleaning
• Facilitate waste segregation per safety policies
• Occasionally assist technicians on-site
Requirements:
• Completion of high school or equivalent workshop experience
• Must possess a valid G Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs safely
• Mechanical inclination and comfort in garage settings
