Job Description:

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta. This role supports the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews, selection, and onboarding coordination. The ideal candidate is an organized and communicative HR Recruiter with experience managing recruitment activities, engaging candidates, and supporting hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Managed the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to selection.
- Sourced and engaged qualified candidates through job boards, databases, and recruitment channels.
- Coordinated interviews and candidate communications with applicants and hiring teams.
- Conducted reference checks and supported informed hiring decisions.
- Maintained accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS and HR systems.
- Partnered with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and adjust sourcing strategies.
- Supported onboarding activities to facilitate a smooth new-hire experience.

Requirements:





- Experienced in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced hiring environments.
- Skilled in candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and recruitment coordination.
- Proficient with ADP Workforce Now, CRM tools, CareerBuilder, and ATS platforms.
- Knowledgeable in hiring practices, recruitment administration, and reference checks.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a part-time contract role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in work from home settings.
- Experience supporting staffing and onboarding activities is an asset.
