ESC Corporate Services is seeking a Customer Recovery Operator in Etobicoke, Ontario, to provide exceptional redemption service while working in a hybrid model. Leverage your collections experience and customer service skills to enhance client relations.

In this full-time permanent position, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, efficiently managing calls and ensuring redemption processes are executed flawlessly. Your role will also involve de-escalating conflicts and liaising with Recovery Representatives to secure necessary documentation and maintain compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Collections or related field • 3+ years of customer service experience, including Collections • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities • Solid communication skills and calm under pressure • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
