This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and sign off on shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and related paperworkReview shipping and receiving orders to plan daily work effectivelyPack goods for shipment and prepare identifying information and shipping instructionsCheck incoming and outgoing units for defects or damageEnsure all units are in good condition before shipping or receiving is completedCarefully handle finished units, glass, parts, materials, equipment, and installation tools to prevent breakage or damageFollow standard operating procedures for all shipping and receiving activitiesMaintain accurate warehouse data related to materials movementCommunicate material shortages and quality issues to production managementReceive and record the movement of parts, supplies, materials, equipment,



and stockPromptly unload trucks and deliveries, then sort and stock received itemsMaintain accurate daily log sheets, scan inventory, and complete counts carefullyKeep secure and accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventoryPack and unpack materials as neededVerify incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain quality controlHelp clean and organize the warehouse and exterior yardOperate a forklift, hand truck, or other equipment when requiredUse equipment and tools properly to help keep them in good working conditionMaintain a clean, neat, and organized work area at all timesSupport other warehouse-related duties as neededQualificationsExperience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or materials handling preferredValid Class 5 Driver's License and clean Driver AbstractMust live in the greater Edmonton area or be willing to relocateStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to identify issues quickly and solve problems effectivelyResponsible, punctual, and dependableEnergetic, self-motivated, and able to work well with othersStrong interpersonal skills and a professional,
