As a Research Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of two key James Lind Alliance Priority Setting Partnerships: Hip and Knee Replacement for Osteoarthritis and Bone and Joint Infection. You'll collaborate closely with PSP Leads and Steering Groups to drive project success, ensuring all activities are performed within the established timelines and standards set by the University.
Your management will include scoping, planning, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage execution of detailed project plans
- Collaborate with PSP Leads and Advisors closely
- Monitor project milestones and progress rigorously
- Conduct post-project reviews for impact evaluation
- Ensure compliance with all JLA protocols
Requirements:
- Experience managing complex research projects
- Robust skills in stakeholder engagement
- Excellent project planning and execution abilities
- Track record of meeting deadlines and delivering outcomes
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
