Exchanger Industries Limited in Calgary seeks a Manager, Design & Drafting to lead two Calgary locations and two product lines: shell-and-tube and air-cooled exchangers. You will coach and develop junior designers, manage department capacity and project priorities, and ensure fabrication documentation meets quality standards.

You will drive drafting standards, strengthen design/production collaboration, and support the ongoing transition from Autodesk Inventor to Solid Works within a PDM workflow.
