We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Commercial Window Sales Representative to grow our presence across the Greater Toronto Area. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record in the commercial glazing, fenestration, or building products industry who can manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing — while building long-term relationships with architects, general contractors, developers, and property managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for commercial window, curtain wall, and glazing systems across the GTA
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, general contractors, developers, property managers, and consultants
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to prepare accurate quotes and proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, site visits, estimating, proposal development, negotiation, and contract close-out
- Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and project management teams to ensure proposals are technically sound and competitively priced
- Track and report on the bidding process, including takeoffs, tender submissions, and follow-ups
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand presence and generate leads
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM software
- Stay current on market trends, competitor products, and building code/energy efficiency requirements affecting fenestration
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in commercial windows, curtain wall, glazing, or related building products/construction materials
- Established network of contacts within the GTA architecture, general contracting, and development community is a strong asset
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings/specifications
- Strong understanding of commercial glazing systems, aluminum extrusions, and building envelope basics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with solid organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid G driver's license and access to a vehicle (regular travel to job sites and client meetings across the GTA required)
- Post-secondary education in business, construction management, architectural technology, or related field is an asset

Nice to Have

- Existing relationships with GTA-area general contractors and developers
- Experience with tender/bid submission processes on commercial construction projects
- Familiarity with LEED, energy code requirements, or thermal performance criteria for glazing

What We Offer

- Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus structure
- Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement
- Health and dental benefits
- Ongoing product and technical training
- Supportive team environment with strong internal estimating and engineering support
- Opportunity to grow within an established player in the GTA commercial construction market
