Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefit programs and service inquiries
- Reconcile benefits invoices and track enrollments
- Support compliance with U.S. regulations and reporting needs
- Manage 401(k) plan communications and processes

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration
- Strong Excel, HRIS, and analytical capabilities
- Familiarity with ACA and FMLA requirements
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
