As a key player in field office relationship management, you will ensure a seamless client experience, aiding in the retention of corporate clients. Your role will facilitate presentations and interactions with plan sponsors and consultants, focusing on product explanations and ongoing service improvements, not direct sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build solid client relationships through service excellence
- Support pre-sale processes for Pension products
- Engage in installation with Plan Sponsors and Consultants
- Conduct Plan Administrator training sessions
- Offer ongoing service improvement recommendations
Requirements:
- Experience in the Canadian pension industry
- Undergraduate degree in business, economics, or finance
- Knowledge of group retirement plans
- Understanding of pension regulations and legislation
- Strong mathematical aptitude preferred
