Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized nursing care focused on residents’ needs
- Maintain documentation according to College of Nurses standards
- Administer advanced clinical services including Wound Care and Tube Feeds
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care
- Engage in training programs for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current CPR certification at Heart Save Level
- AIS certification required
