Key Responsibilities: - Lead the organization’s compliance strategy and execution - Collaborate with external agencies on regulatory issues - Assess regulatory changes and their business impacts - Drive product development compliance initiatives - Enhance regulatory training across teams to ensure adherence
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Animal Science or similar - 5 to 7+ years regulatory experience in related sectors - Solid AAFCO and U.S. pet food regulatory knowledge - Experience with external regulatory communications - Solid cross-functional and leadership capabilities
