The Role

- Most operations jobs hand you a lane. This one hands you the whole corridor.
- You'll take a customer's purchase order, turn it into a live job in our ERP, follow it through drawing approval, purchasing, and production, and stay with it to shipment and invoice.
- Within months you'll be one of the few people who can see an order end to end.
- We're not looking for experience. We're looking for judgment and very strong attention to detail. We'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

- Order entry: convert customer POs into accurate sales orders, cross-checking every line against the quote for specs, pricing, terms, and customer-specific rules. This is the last catch before an error reaches production.
- Project coordination: chase orders pending drawing approval, follow up on customer deposits, and sit in on kickoff meetings for custom jobs.
- Purchasing: raise POs against approved suppliers, check bills of materials against drawings, and flag supply conflicts before they become missed ship dates.
- Logistics: support shipping, freight quoting, customs documentation, and invoicing.
- Records: keep everything clean enough that any order can be reconstructed months later.

What You Need





- A completed degree or advanced diploma. Strongest fits: supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, business, accounting, international trade, engineering, economics, or the hard sciences. Other fields welcome — tell us why in your cover letter.
- Real satisfaction in catching the discrepancy nobody else caught.
- The ability to hold thirty live threads without dropping one.
- An ownership mindset: when something stalls, you find out why and move it.
- Clear written communication with customers and suppliers.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Bonus: any ERP exposure, a manufacturing or logistics co-op, strong spreadsheet skills, or Spanish/French.
