- Prepare and assemble Vietnamese salads, Banh Mi, vermicelli bowls, and other deli items according to recipes and food safety standards.
- Wash, cut, and prepare fresh vegetables, herbs, meats, and other ingredients.
- Customize and prepare customer orders based on requests and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including worktables, equipment, cupboards, and floors.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen areas and empty/clean garbage containers regularly.
- Follow all food safety protocols, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
