About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and implementation of a provincial healthcare technology solution supporting renal and kidney health services.

The successful candidate will join the initiative during its early stages and play a key role in developing the implementation approach, roadmap, timelines, resource plan, dependencies, and risk-management strategy. This position requires strong experience coordinating clinical, operational, Digital Health/IT, and technical stakeholders across complex healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop the implementation strategy, roadmap, and detailed project plan.
- Establish project timelines, sequencing, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and constraints.
- Coordinate activities across clinical, operational, Digital Health/IT, and technical teams.
- Support planning for a complex provincial, multi-site implementation.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, planning sessions, and project governance activities.
- Provide clear reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure implementation activities support clinical and operational requirements.
- Help shape the project approach during the early planning phase.

Required Qualifications

- Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager leading healthcare technology implementations.




- Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-site or provincial projects.
- Strong implementation planning, roadmap development, and resource-planning experience.
- Experience coordinating clinical, operational, Digital Health/IT, and technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Ability to lead projects with multiple dependencies and interrelated workstreams.
- Experience working on Canadian provincial healthcare initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and provide structure during the early stages of a project.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with renal or kidney health programs.
- Knowledge of dialysis or home dialysis workflows.
- Previous experience within Saskatchewan’s healthcare setting.

Renal experience is considered an asset but is not mandatory. Candidates with significant experience leading complex provincial healthcare technology implementations are strongly encouraged to apply.

Work Arrangement

- Full-time contract position.
- Primarily remote, with potential travel to Saskatchewan during key implementation stages.
- Candidates must be available to work Saskatchewan business hours.
- Travel expenses will be covered when onsite attendance is requested.
- Immediate start preferred.
- Initial contract through to March 31, 2027 with strong potential for extension
