- Administer and interpret collective agreements and policies
- Foster relationships with unionized and administrative groups




- Manage grievances, appeals, and investigations
- Compile data for departmental planning and reporting
- Facilitate training on collective agreements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Five years of experience in a unionized labour relations role
- Extensive knowledge of employment legislation
- Strong critical thinking and conflict management skills
- Experience with Indigenous ways of knowing preferred
