Role Overview

- Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing

- Department: Executive / Commercial

- Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

- Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy: Build and execute a unified commercial strategy to hit revenue, profit, and growth targets.

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow the sales and marketing teams.

- Market Growth: Find new customer segments and expand into fresh markets.

- Brand Alignment: Make sure marketing campaigns directly support sales pipelines and lead generation.

- Performance Tracking: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track return on investment (ROI) for all commercial efforts.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales or marketing leadership roles.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus), or equivalent experience.

Skills: Strong data analysis, public speaking, and team management skills.

Track Record: Proven success in growing company revenue and launching recent products.
