Chantilly Forever FC is a growing youth soccer academy committed to developing players both on and off the field. Our goal is to provide a positive, professional, and development-focused environment where players can build confidence, improve their technical abilities, and reach their potential.

We are looking for passionate and motivated Academy Youth Soccer Coaches to join our coaching staff and contribute to the continued growth of our academy.

Position Overview The Academy Youth Soccer Coach will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and supporting the technical development of young players within the Chantilly Forever FC player pathway.

This position is ideal for a coach who enjoys working with young players and wants to be part of a growing academy environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Player Development

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate soccer training sessions.
- Develop players' technical abilities, including ball mastery, passing, receiving, dribbling, finishing, defending, and 1v1 skills.
- Introduce and develop players' understanding of tactics, decision-making, and game awareness.
- Create a positive, challenging, and enjoyable learning environment.
- Provide players with constructive feedback and individual coaching.
- Support players at different stages of their development and ability levels.
- Assist with games, festivals, tournaments, and other academy activities when required.
- Follow the club's technical curriculum, coaching philosophy, and player development pathway.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with players, parents, coaches, and club staff.

Academy Development & Club Growth The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continued development and growth of the academy.

Responsibilities may include

- Supporting the growth of the Chantilly Forever FC player pathway.
- Assisting with academy programs, development sessions, camps, clinics, and special events.
- Identifying and encouraging players who may be ready for additional development opportunities.
- Supporting player evaluations and development feedback.
- Working collaboratively with other academy coaches and the Technical Department.
- Contributing ideas and initiatives that improve the player and family experience.




- Representing Chantilly Forever FC professionally within the local soccer community.
- Assisting with player recruitment, discovery sessions, and academy events when required.
- Supporting the club's continued growth and helping build a strong soccer culture.

Qualifications & Experience
- Must hold a recognized soccer coaching license/certification or be willing to obtain one.
- Previous soccer coaching experience is an asset, but motivated coaches looking to develop their coaching career are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and youth player development.
- Experience working with children and youth athletes is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create fun, energetic, organized, and age-appropriate training sessions.
- Reliable, professional, and punctual.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop as a coach.
- Competitive soccer playing experience is considered a solid asset.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Schedule: Primarily evenings and weekends

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and coaching responsibilities.
