As an Account manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing service contracts for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. As a trusted business partner, you will play a key role in operational performance, client retention, and the continuous improvement of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Of The Account Manager

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client accounts, service contracts, and technical specifications.
- Manage the operational and administrative aspects of client contracts, including cost control, overtime management, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve operational and contractual issues by implementing effective, strategic solutions that support business objectives.




- Conduct regular client site visits and build strong, long-term professional relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Coach, support, and mentor Operations Coordinators, fostering collaboration and professional development within the team.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate workforce planning.
- Promote GardaWorld's products and services by identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships.

Qualifications And Skills For The Account Manager

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar account management, operations management, or client services role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, evolving operational environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required to effectively support our English-speaking clientele.
