Our client in Toronto (near Yorkdale Mall) is looking for an Accounting Manager. They are seeking someone who has at least 3 years of work experience in financial analysis, FP&A; or accounting as well as having advanced Microsoft Excel skills. The person would also need experience with payroll processing and government remittances.

Location : Toronto, Ontario. 100% On Site

Compensation : $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Responsibilities

- Produce monthly financial reporting packages, dashboards, and performance insights that guide decision‑making.
- Develop and update budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning.
- Evaluate financial results, highlight emerging trends, assess risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor budget performance and partner with teams to drive cost‑efficiency initiatives.
- Assist with year‑end close activities and complete account reconciliations for multiple locations.
- Manage payroll processing, remittances,



and year‑end payroll compliance.
- Maintain adherence to payroll standards, tax requirements, GST/HST rules, and all regulatory reporting obligations

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, or accounting.
- Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Experience with payroll processing and government remittances.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada
