We are looking for an experienced AP Clerk to support full cycle Accounts Payable for a block of company entities. Working in a multi-currency, multi-entity environment, a successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a high-volume environment. You must possess a good level of expertise in Excel and Accounting Systems

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Enter Vendor Invoices Daily
- Review AP Inbox daily, save invoices & respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Apply AP Payments
- Reconcile Vendor Statements
- Prepare batches in Dynamics for cheque run.




- Review vendor statements and respond to queries related to AP in a timely manner.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
- Administration tasks assigned.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in finance, commerce or accounting
- Minimum 2 years relevant Accounts Payable experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Good working knowledge of excel.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Dynamics/ Business Central/Navision an asset.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
