Responsibilities The Administrative Business Partner (ABP) plays a central role in keeping our firm running smoothly. Supporting our team, clients, and day-to-day operations, this position oversees administrative functions, payroll, vendor relationships, and assessment administration. This is an in-office role that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work with some of Manitoba's most recognized and impactful organizations.

We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable professional with strong communication and technology skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency. Reporting to the senior partners, responsibilities include:

- Keep our team organized and operating efficiently by coordinating complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and managing logistics for internal and client-facing events.
- Provide marketing support for projects, advertising, social media, website, business development and services.
- Serve as a welcoming first point of contact, providing exceptional service and support.
- Support client engagement activities by maintaining accurate records and helping manage information within our CRM and business systems.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and benefits administration, acting as a liaison with external providers when needed.




- Manage the administration of leadership assessments and online testing programs, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and clients.
- Help maintain a professional, efficient office environment by coordinating supplies, equipment, couriers, and other operational requirements.
- Create, format, and refine proposals, presentations, reports, and client communications, transforming draft materials into polished, professional deliverables.
- Support the firm's financial administration by coordinating payroll, accounts payable and receivable activities, and banking transactions with our bookkeeping partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology, and enhance the effectiveness of our operations.
- Contribute to special projects and other initiatives that support the success of the firm and our clients.

Ideal Candidates will have:

- A positive attitude.
- Polished and professional, friendly, articulate communicator, with a supportive and positive team-oriented approach.
- Must be highly organized, be details oriented and comfortable working in an exacting environment.
- Preferred post-secondary diploma or degree.
- Experience in a professional office supporting senior staff.
- Technologically savvy, learn new systems easily.
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience producing professional documents and presentations.
- Above average business communication skills both written and oral, and comfort liaising with executives.
