Your Opportunity:

Community Oral Health seeks a caring and dedicated individual who enjoys working with a dynamic team. The Administrative Support II is a front-line representative working with the Calgary and Area oral health team (comprised of dental hygienists, dental assistants and administrative staff), collaboratively and independently to support preventive services outlined in the provincial Oral Health Action Plan (OHAP), which focuses on the most vulnerable in the community. The main role of this position is to provide data entry, clerical and related support for school dental services. Service delivery may require lots of walking, climbing flights of stairs, sitting, standing, and/or bending for long periods of time, awkward and repetitive movements. Service delivery involves transporting supplies and equipment. The Administrative Support II will be required to pack, lift, move and transport supplies and equipment to various work sites, with some equipment being heavy and awkward (e.g.
