We are currently recruiting a 6 Month Term Employee Care Administrator based out of Calgary.

What does the Employee Care Administrator do? You will use your strong teamwork and communication skills as well as your knowledge of a unionized/regulated work environment to:

- Maintaining and facilitating internal and external day-to-day inquiries from the P&C; inbox
- Work closely with leadership to understand and coordinate operational impact as it relates to employee care
- Respond to external stakeholder requests as required
- Maintain employee electronic files to ensure compliance for internal and external audits
- Maintain accurate records and trackers to support employee care metrics
- Work closely with internal departments and operations to support accommodation and return to work processes
- Support the processing Leave Requests, Letters of Employment
- Complete administrative tasks, including status employment changes in an efficient and timely matter
- Support local employee care initiatives
- Champion and demonstrate PASS’s C.A.R.E. culture in colleague, client and stakeholder relations
- Other duties as assigned

What you bring to PASS:

- GED or equivalent,



with preference to advanced education in a related field (i.e. Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent in work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Eligibility to obtain Transportation Security Clearance (TSC) and Federal Security Clearance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Effective communication verbal/written and ability to communicate with various audiences while maintain diplomacy and confidentiality
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR Systems
- Understanding of Human Rights and Canada Labour Code
- Fluency in French is considered an asset
