We are looking for one experienced RN or NP to join our small team at the symm label.

What that looks like in practice

- No non-compete.
- Your Instagram handle and Before and Afters are yours. Your Instagram handle, your content, your before-and-afters. Every post you make is your property, and it stays yours if you ever leave us.
- You set your own schedule. Your time off with approval. Designated injecting days for consistency, your schedule is flexible.
- Uncapped commission that grows with you. Six tiers from 35% to 49%, based on your monthly revenue.
- Injectables at cost. Our volume pricing is passed through to you with no markup. Most independent injectors cannot access these rates at all.
- We fund your visibility. Professional photography and video production, content shoots, and clinic-funded ad spend on your personal Instagram. Not ours. Yours. This is marketing infrastructure most solo injectors can't afford to build.
- Your first 90 days are for building. Orientation and ramp-up. No targets, no tier assessment, no pressure. Just space to establish yourself properly.
- Everything operational is handled. EMR, booking software, reception staff, all medical supplies other than injectables,



and validated parking for you and your patients.
- Mentorship that runs beside you, not above you. Hands-on access to senior injectors who

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of medical aesthetics experience
- An existing patient base
- Strong existing social media presence
- Leads a full-face treatment plan rather than reacting to a single request
- Uses social media to educate and build authority, and is willing to be visible
- Wants a team that is collaborative rather than competitive
- Current CRNA registration as an RN or NP in good standing in Alberta
- Incorporated, or willing to incorporate, operating as an independent business
- Professional liability insurance, minimum $5 million
- Willingness to work with a tsl-approved medical director, which we administer on your behalf
