Hiring Range: $105,754.00 – $118,974.00 per annum (plus comprehensive benefits, where applicable)

Reporting to the Manager, Health Planning and Performance, the Advisor leads and supports strategic initiatives that strengthen organizational performance, service quality and improve health outcomes for residents and communities.
What You'll Do:
As the Advisor, you'll work closely with Health Services leaders to provide expertise on strategic and business decision making, and in some cases acts as the lead for the department on the execution of strategic initiatives. This can include:
- Developing and implementing strategies and tactical plans.
- Building internal and partner competency and capacity to lead continuous quality improvement through change and transformation.
- Demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
- Working with the appropriate organizational supports on department-wide strategies and frameworks, which could include a focus on such items as budget planning, quality and risk management.
- Assisting the Director, and when appropriate, members of the divisional leadership team on the strategic planning and administrative affairs of the department which will involve considerable judgment and exceptional diplomacy and leadership skills needed to liaise with leadership, health system and community partners.
What The Role Requires:
- Master’s degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Knowledge of project management, quality, and change management.
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant job experience.
- Combination of education and experience may be considered.
Skills/Abilities:
- Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain cooperative, collaborative, and strategic relationships with internal and external partners
- Sound understanding of organizational development and change management theories.
- Demonstrated knowledge of performance measurement, strategic planning, and quality improvement tools.
- Familiar with organizational and systems change capacity and advancing cultural shifts.
- Experience conducting complex and sensitive investigations and analysis.

In this role, you’ll benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes meaningful in-person connection. A minimum of two days per week on-site is expected, with additional in-person presence as operational needs evolve. This arrangement allows for a blend of in person and hybrid work that adapts to support both organizational priorities and employee flexibility and is subject to change over time.
It's significant to note that your off-site work location must be within the province of Ontario.
